Delivery of your item will take seven to ten days depending on the items and goods you have ordered. We do aim to deliver your product as quickly as we can.
Your card will only be charged as your order leaves our fulfilment centre and your product will be delivered within 7 days of that date.

How to Order -
Placing Your First Order
First find what you want to buy.
If you already know what you want to buy, the easiest way to find it is to type its name in any of the search boxes around the website. For more information, see Find What You Want.
Alternatively, type a general name (for example, "cataclean") in a search box, or click tabs and links around the website until you discover something interesting.
To get more information about a product, click its name to see its product information page. There you'll find:
- image/s of the item
- background information
- the buttons you need to add the item to your basket.
Add it to your Cart
The Cart is where you store items you intend to buy. You can always delete items from the Shopping Cart. When you find what you want (or what you might want) click the "Add to Cart" button on the item's product information page.
When you've added everything you want to the Cart, click "Your Basket" on the top right-hand side of the page.
To start filling in the order form, click the "Checkout" button.

Sign in
If you are a “New Customer” enter your details and click the "Continue" button. The e-mail address you provide here will be the only e-mail address we can use to communicate with you about your order, so please double-check it. You must use your own e-mail address, even if you're buying something for someone else.
Enter a delivery address
Tell us where you'd like us to send your order, this could be different from your billing address
Provide method of payment
Choose a password for your account. We will not provide the password for you. You'll be able to use your e-mail address and password to make changes to your account information any time you like, so make sure you remember which e-mail address and password you used.
Next, let us know how you want to pay for your order. We accept Visa and MasterCard as payment. All orders must be prepaid. When paying with a credit or debit card, enter the number without spaces or dashes.
Review and submit your order
Check the information you've provided and make adjustments by clicking the "edit" button next to the relevant information. When you're ready, click the "Confirm Order" button to submit your order. We'll then send you a confirmation e-mail message.

Our returns guarantee
Our money back guarantee means that if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us within the period stipulated of the date you received the item and we will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item. All returns must be received within this period. We currently offer a 30 day money back guarantee on all of our products.
Refunds will only be issued against returns sent in the post if proof of posting can be provided. If you return your product with either insufficient postage or no postage, the relevant amount will be deducted from your refund.
In the event of us sending you a replacement for a damaged, defective or wrong item, you must return the damaged item to us within 30 days. We reserve the right to charge the price of the replacement item to the payment card used for the original order if you do not return the original item to us within 30 days of the date on which we confirm we will issue a replacement.
Please note: Our Money Back Guarantee does not apply to seconds goods.

Returns Procedure - Please note all returns must be received within the returns period after the date of delivery, any items received after the specified returns period will not be accepted/refunded.
Redeeming a Gift Certificate or Promotional Discount
To redeem your gift certificate, simply follow the steps below.
- Select the items you wish to order, using your Shopping Basket.
- In the order form, you'll see a box that says "Have you got a gift certificate or promotional code?".
- Enter your claim code into the box and click the "Apply" button.
You will be able to see that the value of your gift certificate or promotional discount has been deducted from the total cost in the order summary.
When you have successfully placed your order, the following message will be displayed: "Thank you - we have received your order".
FINE PRINT
- Gift certificates must be redeemed at our website, toward the purchase of products listed in our online catalogue sold online.
- The gift certificate cannot be used to pay for gift certificates.
- The gift certificate has a cash redemption value of 0.001p and is not transferable or assignable.
- If the order exceeds the amount of the gift certificate, the balance must be paid by credit or debit card.
- Gift certificates expire one year from the date of issue, where permissible under applicable law.
- Normal terms and conditions of purchase and for using the website apply.
Your Statutory Rights
Cooling-off Period
1. Purchases
We want you to be delighted every time you shop with us. Occasionally though, we know you may want to return items. That's why under our money back guarantee, if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us in its original condition within the specified returns period of the date you received the item.
Please note that we cannot accept returns if you deliver them to us by hand.
For your protection, we recommend that you use a recorded-delivery service if the value of the return is more than $100.
Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the items to us unless we delivered the item to you in error, or if the item is damaged or defective. If we do not receive the item back from you with the delivery slip, we may arrange for collection of the item from your residence at your cost.
As soon as we receive notice of your cancellation of this order, we will refund the relevant part of the purchase price for that item.
